On Sunday, October 29, we are sponsoring our last Volunteer Trail Work Day of the season. We will meet behind The SugarBowl, at the airport trailhead. Final work details will be shared on this event page when the plans are finalized. The work plan will include trail work on The Caboose trail.
DATE: Sunday, October 29.
MEETUP: Airport trailhead (located behind The SugarBowl)
TIME: 9:00 a.m. to sign up and get assignments
DURATION: Approximately 5 hours, or sooner if the work is done.
POST-WORK RIDE : There will be a post-work ride at the end of the work day, if trail conditions allow.

ACTIVITIES: Final work details will be shared when the plans are finalized. The work plan will include trail work on The Caboose trail.
ITEMS TO BRING: Water, sturdy gloves and footwear, rain gear (just in case), lunch or snacks, your kids because this is a kid-friendly event (using only light tools), tools you may have available (such as loppers, hand saws, and leaf rakes), and cell phones so we can communicate issues that pop up.

Our trail work days are open to people of all ages and abilities. All that is required is enthusiasm and a willingness to work together; the club provides direction, tools, and work project locations. We need your help maintaining the beautiful trail network in Carrabassett Valley. Please join us. Trail work days are always fun and productive!
