Great turnout for the Carrabassett Valley MTB Trail Development Public Forum.
More than 55 people attended the forum held at the Carrabassett Valley Library to hear presentations by the Town of CV (Dave Cota), CRNEMBA (Pete Smith), Maine Huts & Trails (Charlie Woodworth), and Sugarloaf (Tom Butler). The presentations by each of these collaborating organizations outlined the trail system development accomplishments to date and gave a window into what the future might bring. CRNEMBA President Pete Smith led a mind mapping exercise to solicit and focus participant input regarding short and long range plans for the ongoing trail development effort.
